Three friends had the dream to open their very own restaurant as a platform to showcase their talents, passion for the food industry and ultimately provide a fantastic service to their guests and local community. Their dream has finally come true with premises, concept and location that match everything they wanted to fulfil. For them this is not just a day job, but their life, pride and joy that they are excited and proud to share with you.
Jay Kauser - EXECUTIVE CHEF
An underlying passion for great food from a young age, Jay could always be found in the kitchen. This love for food has grown stronger during his career working in many establishments in the local area developing and harnessing his culinary skills. He is proud to present our guests with his very own menu that has been practiced and created over many years with a personal, unique and innovative touch.
Nash Parbez - MD
Working with his father from the young age of thirteen the love and desire to become a restaurateur started. Over the years Nash has worked and managed in various high-end dining establishments. He is a believer in putting the customer first and has developed exemplary skills in the logistics of running a restaurant and leaving the customer 100% satisfied.
Aj Ali - MD
The Southerner of the team, whose approach is to question all aspects of the business in order to help Lavang continuously improve for the benefit of their guests, a strong passion and ethic for retail and people, he is a true believer in getting the best out of every environment and will strive for all involved at Lavang to create an experience that cannot be missed.
